Step one begins with selecting the finest winter wheat, sourced from trusted farms. The grain is milled and combined with pure spring water to create our mash. After fermentation, the liquid undergoes seven separate distillation passes — each one removing more impurities while preserving the delicate character of the spirit.

The final distillation is what sets Cloud Seven apart: a slow, careful pass through a custom copper column still that imparts subtle mineral notes and an incredibly silky texture. The result is a vodka of extraordinary purity with a clean, slightly sweet finish.
